At BlossomK, we prioritize authentic products and a hassle-free experience. This policy explains exactly how returns and refunds work for our hair-care products.

Who Can Return Products

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • Packaging and seals are intact
  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Final-sale or discounted items
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Chemicals like keratin, oxidants, and hair color, once opened

Wrong or Damaged Items

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered:

  • Report it within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Keep the original packaging until verification

We will replace the product once confirmed.

Refund Process

  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit or exchanged for another product
  • Cash refunds are rare and only when replacement is not possible
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping for standard returns
  • Wrong or damaged items are returned at our expense
  • COD returns are not accepted
